Diplom-Kaufmann Dr. Roland Tomik, born 1971, entered the firm in 1997 after gaining a university degree in business studies. His extra-occupational doctoral thesis dealt with fiscal issues of company purchases and sales in the SME sector. Dr. Tomik is a certified public auditor and certified tax advisor. He partners at Tomik + Tomik since early 2002.

Besides his consulting work, Dr. Roland Tomik acts as a visiting lecturer:

• 2002 – 2004: Faculty of economics at University of Paderborn (Lectures on “Profits tax during business restructuring”)
